Job Objective : The Resident Service Technician diagnoses and performs standard mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs, and assembles equipment for the company and its customers in field settings, may not report to a shop daily, and on occasion will work overtime as needed. In addition to the normal field technician responsibilities, resident technicians, also build relationships with customers, self-manage, sell their services, work as advocates for the dealer, and provide world class service without having a local brick and mortar shop.
