YOUR IMPACT We are looking for a lawyer to join the Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities (FICC) legal team, focusing on supporting our mortgages, CMBS and other receivables financing, repackaging/asset backed securities and CLO businesses. The team advises on the structuring and execution of transactions for these businesses including all relevant and related regulatory points and legal and reputational issues across the creation and lifecycle of these transactions.
