Revenue Operations Manager Operant is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to support our revenue operations and business operations as we scale with hyper-growth. The Revenue Operations Manager will provide administrative, logistical, and project-related support across a range of revenue and business contexts. Reporting to the co-founder and COO, this role will take responsibility for project management of key revenue-driving initiatives, including customer-facing revenue comms (in partnership with the sales and executive teams), sales pipeline monitoring and reporting for important customer-related activities, as well as managing existing vendors for HR, accounting, and IT. The RevOps manager will interact with a range of vendor teams and ops systems to ensure the smooth and timely execution of day to day company operations ranging from sending and reviewing customer contracts to employee onboarding to making sure vendor invoices are paid.
