The Opportunity Tundra has an opening for an Inside Sales Rep , in Fort St. John, BC OR Grande Prairie, AB . The successful candidate will be a sales professional who reflects a commitment to being responsive to our customer’s unique needs. They will possess exceptional organizational and customer service skills as they navigate a dynamic and customer-focused environment. Their ability to demonstrate a high degree of collaboration and support with stakeholders is key. The Role: - Foster relationships with customers by exploring business opportunities, promoting our product offerings, and providing solutions based on technical requirement. - Prepare and execute sales quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders to completion – Using ERP software. - Support customers and internal business units with technical requirements. - Coordinate orders with internal business units and manufactures to ensure our customers receive a positive experience, quality products and flawless execution. - Communication with external and internal stakeholders. - Customer order management. - Supporting the division manager with forecasting, and reporting.
