Who We Are Looking For: Are you the Transition Coach we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others with a dynamic team by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students! Granite Academy is a dynamic, strength-based day school serving middle and high school students whose social-emotional needs impact their learning experience. Our staff provide flexible, individualized programming and are dedicated to meeting the needs of our students, their families, and the public-school systems. We have an 11-month school year (202 days) and are located on a beautiful campus in Braintree, MA. Our team works with students individually and in small groups to support their full engagement in academic, vocational, social, and recreational activities that promote skill development, emotional well-being, and movement towards graduation. Schedule: This position will start in July/August. Compensation: The pay range for this position is $22.00 to $25.00 per hour .
