The Vancouver Housing Authority (VHA) is seeking a Housing Portfolio Manager to oversee the operational and financial health of our diverse housing portfolio by providing direct leadership to assigned property management staff, ensuring that every property is maintained and operated in alignment with our objectives and all regulatory requirements. At the VHA, we work closely with local governments and other community partners throughout Clark County to address issues of affordable housing and homelessness and help families break the cycle of poverty. We provide affordable housing and housing assistance to low-income residents in Clark County.
