Position Overview: The Instructional Designer – HCM Change Enablement supports how employees learn and adopt new systems, tools, and ways of working. This role designs and develops learning experiences that build understanding, support behavior change, and enable adoption of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and processes. As part of the Change Enablement team, this role works closely with HR Technology and process owners to translate complex changes into clear, intuitive learning experiences. The ideal candidate is creative, curious, and interested in using modern tools, including AI, to improve how people learn. What makes this role unique: This role is not limited to creating traditional training materials.
