As Marqeta’s People Development Senior Manager you will be the driving force behind how we enable our managers, develop our leaders, and scale our learning ecosystem. You will be a rare hybrid: a high-level strategist who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves. You will design a multi-year vision and then personally manage the project lifecycles to turn that vision into a reality. We aren't looking for a "traditional" L&D practitioner who focuses on checking boxes and tracking completion rates. We are looking for an architect of growth—someone who sees learning as a competitive advantage and treats the employee experience as a high-end product. We work Flexible First .
