About the Role: The Head of Operations is CSB’s commercial engine room, driving cross-functional performance and operational excellence across Data, Trade, E-commerce and Business Operations. You are the architect of systems, insights, and cadence that keep the business executing at pace; translating strategy into disciplined, measurable delivery. Your remit spans the full operating ecosystem: build and govern the data and reporting architecture and drive commercial performance through trade and e-commerce optimisation.
