Machine Technician - 3rd Shift + differentiation pay Monday - Thursday - 11:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. Friday - Saturday - 11:00 p.m. - 8:30 a.m. POSITION SUMMARY: - The Machine Technician will be responsible for performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot on assigned machine(s). The Machine Technician will also be responsible for inspecting parts to specifications and adjusting, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications. This includes the ability to resolve minor component and quality issues as required maintaining expected production results, the ability to maintain production rate as stated on each BOM and the ability to identify difference in each product and verify quality standard of each part and verify process integrity of each cycle per set up sheets and Control Plans. CORE FUNCTIONS: - Support and train operators on various machines - Operate machine to ensure continuous production at a constant rate of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials throughout the entire shift while performing basic adjustments to ensure safe and efficient production of products. - Perform in-process inspections of p...
