At IHG Hotels & Resorts, we’re reimagining the way the world travels. We’re looking for a Hotel Distribution Manager to own and grow our strategic distribution partnerships and accounts across Europe. In this high ‑ impact role, you’ll manage relationships with online travel agents (OTA’s) and distribution partners end ‑ to ‑ end , shaping commercial outcomes for our hotels while ensuring operational excellence, connectivity performance, and new business opportunities. What you’ll do: You’ll be the owner of assigned accounts, guiding them from prospect to contract through onboarding with technology, account optimisation , and ongoing day to day account management. Acting as a trusted partner to internal commercial teams , technical teams and external stakeholders, you’ll balance operational rigour with commercial opportunity, ensuring our hotels are positioned to win in a complex and fast ‑ moving travel distribution ecosystem.
