Senior Manager, Card Executive Communications (Hybrid) The Card Communications team is seeking an experienced communications leader to provide strategic consultative support to a Card Leadership Team executive. As a key advisor to senior leaders, this Executive Communications leader will shape and execute the communications strategy to drive the vision and strategy of the leader and the organization, while supporting our unique team culture centered around Capital One’s values. Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic partner to Card executives to plan and prepare effective, thoughtful and engaging internal communications that educate, inform, connect and inspire team members. Lead all facets of communications including all-employee meetings, digital/video storytelling, leader blogs, speaking engagements, team events and organizational change management. Elevate stories from within client group to fuel our Card-wide editorial calendar Evaluate performance for communications based on real-time metrics and other key performance indicators to recommend strategy and refine as needed.
