Job description

Description Our floral shop is in need of a team player to bring floral ideas and themes to life. You will be able to learn alongside our master florist to develop arranging skills and branch out to bring attention to your own compositions. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with customers as well as on our weddings and corporate accounts to make arrangements for holidays, special occasions and home décor. This position can let you explore your own creative side while working with a variety of flowers, plants and other floral fillers to make any day a bit more memorable. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Arrange floral designs to customer specifications - Order and maintain supply of fresh seasonal flowers, greenery, potted plants and decorative floral items for use in arrangements and displays - Take orders in person, over the phone and from the website from customers, including special requests, delivery date and location and processing payment - Design arrangements for all occasions: weddings, day-to-day, holidays, etc. - Provide information about varieties of blooms and fillers to explain their properties, appearance, scent and compatibility with other flowers - Explain care of arr...
