As the Area Sales Manager you will be developing existing accounts and creating new business within the Resin Flooring Market. - Visit and develop relationships with Flooring Contractors and Specifiers - Identify and secure new business in our market areas - Establish and build solid relationships both internally and externally - Provide advice on Flooring systems and our product line - Handle any potential customer complaints or claims - Understand the needs of our customers and translate those into cost effective specifications - Organizing trials, training, and demos. Assist in the correct execution of Flooring projects on site, in association with Technical Service Department - Provide advance information on demand for products - Negotiate term contracts for supplies - Negotiate price increases as advised by the business - Experience in the flooring industry, specifically resins technology - Self-motivated, a good team player and possess good planning, organizational and technical problem-solving skills. - Build customer relationships and put together logical and coherent arguments. - Experience in a sales role within a resin flooring or similar environment but must have experi...
