Introduction: ARServices is seeking an experienced Staff Action Control Officer to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Research & Development (RD) Directorate. This role is ideal for highly organized, proactive professionals with strong task management expertise and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, senior-level DoD environment. You will work closely with Department-level leadership, coordinating across divisions, finance, POM, agreements teams, and other stakeholders to manage high-priority actions, develop reports and presentations, and ensure timely, accurate responses that support effective decision-making and mission execution in DTRA’s critical Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) efforts. Position Description: The Staff Action Control Officer will serve as a key coordinator and trusted advisor to Department leadership, managing the full lifecycle of staff actions, taskers, and correspondence using Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) and SharePoint.
