Job Title: Shipping Clerk/Interdepartmental Floater Summary: Connectronics Corp, a HEICO company, is a U.S. manufacturer of specialized electronic connectors including high-voltage interconnects, aerospace connectors, underwater connectors, high current connectors, and multi-pin cable assemblies. Our connectors are used in a variety of industries including aerospace, defense, entertainment, medical and nuclear. We currently have an opening in Toledo, OH for a Shipping Clerk who will also be assisting in other departments as needed. Responsibilities and Duties: - Prep small fragile parts for shipping. - Determine shipping method for materials and provide options and requirements in response to shipping requests. - Contact carriers to issue specific instructions/arrangements for shipping and delivery of materials. - Utilize computer system to generate labels, paperwork, and reports. - Bulk package shipments onto pallets, including wrapping and strapping. - Perform accurate inventory checks. - Filing, data entry, other small office tasks. - Sorting and putting away shipments. - Special projects in various departments as needed. - Entry level tasks in production and molding departments...
