Our fleet of electric scooters is available to riders in cities around the world for short trips or the “last mile” of their journey. In our first year, Bird launched in over 100 cities and provided over 10 million rides. And we’re only just getting started. As a Shift Lead, you will lead a team of drivers to deploy and repair Bird's fleet in your city. You will collaborate with operations teammates to ensure the Service Center operates efficiently and data is tracked accurately. Responsibilities: - Manage and schedule daily routes for the Operations Specialists - Report all deployed and/or picked up scooters on a shift - Facilitate coordination and upkeep of scooters - Must be able to roll up their sleeves and perform all responsibilities of an Operations Specialist when needed - Document and report on performance concerns to the Operations Lead - Load, drive, and unload up to 90 lbs (with or without accommodation) between the warehouse and around the local area Must Have: - 2+ years experience in a lea...
