Southport Family And Sports Medicine 7825 Mcfarland Ln Indianapolis, Indiana 46237 The Sports Medicine Coordinator collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate the overall patient care for anyone referred to Franciscan Alliance with Sports Medicine conditions, facilitating a rapid, efficient transition through the System from referral, to diagnosis and treatment. This position develops relationships in the community with Sports Medicine organizations and professionals to ascertain their Sports Medicine needs, and ensure that we can meet their needs whenever possible. The Coordinator facilitates the addition of new Sports Medicine expertise providers as new knowledge and technology evolves, and works to enhance the overall reputation of Sports Medicine to the fullest degree possible.
