Job Overview The Business Operations Supervisor will lead a team of Business Operations Generalists, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution of all data center (DC) operational processes and delivering exceptional customer experience. This role serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for DC operations and is the escalation point for Generalists and master schedulers. The supervisor is responsible for overseeing case and job creation, work order dispatching, and adherence to project schedules. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Operations Generalists to ensure consistent, high-quality execution and exceptional customer experience. - Serve as SME for all DC operational processes, providing guidance and expertise. - Act as the escalation point for Generalists and master schedulers. - Oversee case and job creation, work order dispatching, and adherence to project schedules. - Ensure accurate purchasing, Procard usage, parts ordering, goods receipt, and invoice processing in accordance with Carrier standard work and policies. - Maintain financial controls, including cost syncing to S/4, clearing accounts, Procard matching and approvals, and cost tr...
