A well-established residential community is seeking an experienced Onsite Community Manager to oversee daily operations and provide strong leadership to the property. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the community - Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and the Board - Manage vendors, contracts, and property maintenance - Prepare and manage budgets, financials, and reporting - Ensure compliance with governing documents and regulations - Prior community/property management experience required - Strong organizational and communication skills - Experience working with Boards/HOA/Condo associations preferred - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Position Details: - Full-time, onsite position - Competitive salary commensurate with experience Benefits: Medical Insurance: Dental Plan: Vision Plan: 401k Voluntary Life Insurance: Paid vacation, paid sick & personal time off Paid holidays
