We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of Mental Health Support Workers to join on Bank Team at Lighthouse Care ! 🌷 Lighthouse provides specialist support and care for clients who have a wide range of support needs from long term complex mental health issues and/or alcohol and substance misuse Our ideal support worker will: 🔍 - Have more than 6 months experience working within services supporting those with mental health issues and or substance misuse - Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals - Have the ability to support in house activities and hobbies - Be attentive and inspire our service users to achieve more! - Example resilience to help manage some behaviours that challenge Hours and contracts 📆⏰: Shift Patterns: Days = 8am - 8pm 🌞 Nights = 8pm - 8am 🌙 Contract Types: Bank contracts available 👌 Benefits and Rewards 💥: Bloomcare values a diverse workforce and welcomes applications from all sections of the community, reflecting the population it serves.
