Location: Kyle, TX (On-site) Pay: $34.00–$35.00/hour: Schedule: Full-time (40 hours + ~8 hours overtime/week) Type: Contract-to-hire: Overview: We are seeking experienced CDL A Hazmat Drivers to support overnight transportation of hazardous materials. This role is ideal for safety-focused drivers who are comfortable working night shifts and operating multiple trailer types in a highly regulated environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient transportation while maintaining strict adherence to federal and Texas DOT regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport hazardous materials during overnight routes Operate various equipment including: - Flatbeds - Refrigerated trailers (reefers) - Dry vans - Ensure full compliance with federal and Texas DOT regulations - Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections (DVIRs) - Maintain accurate logs and required documentation - Follow all company safety policies and procedures - Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and issues Schedule & Shifts: - Sunday–Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM - Wednesday–Saturday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM - Average: 40 regular hours + ~8 hours overtime per wee...
