Background & Purpose of the Job We are seeking a proactive, forward thinking Supply Planning & Project Management professional who is an exceptional communicator, excels at prioritization, and demonstrates strong problem solving skills in a fast paced environment. In this role, you will fully own promotional planning for all Personal Care gift sets as well as the Deodorant and Home Care categories. You will lead the end to end execution of in/out displays and limited time promotional launches with excellence, agility, and strong cross functional alignment. You will play a critical role in coordinating across Customer Strategy & Planning (CS&P), supply chain planning (demand, innovation, supply, distribution requirements planning), operations planning, brand, customer experience, and our 3PM Repacking partners to manage end to end timelines, mitigate risks, and deliver projects OTIF with no excess inventory.
