Shift Hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM About the Role: The Senior Production Supervisor provides leadership and direction across all areas of safety, quality, cost, delivery, and team morale within the Butter Production Plant. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, strengthening customer relationships, optimizing plant resources, and maintaining positive employee relations. Additional responsibilities include developing and executing the site budget, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, and fostering a workplace culture that supports continuous improvement, diversity, and inclusion. What You'll Do: Operations & Production: - Manages, plans, and schedules daily plant operations. - Oversees all functions, including production, processing, quality, sanitation, maintenance, purchasing, safety, and environmental. - Ensures safe, efficient manufacturing and packaging of quality products. - Maximizes asset utilization to achieve or exceed customer expectations.
