In this role, you’ll: - Follow up with superintendents & trade partners to ensure jobs are kept on schedule - Review and publish bids - Issue purchase orders - Create and publish job schedules - Onboard new trade partners - Answer phone calls or emails from trade partners and superintendents - Support construction with administrative and operational duties - Complete permit applications for all cities - Check requests and permit status tracking - Building plan Check In Important skills for this role: This is a full-time position based out of CBH Homes’ headquarters in Meridian, Idaho, available now.
