Engagement: Casual position offering variable hours on a flexible basis Location: The City Ground, Nottingham, NG2 5FJ Department: Media and Communications: Reporting to: Stadium Tour and Museum Manager Closing Date For Applications: 2nd June 2026 About the Role: The Museum and Stadium Tour Operator is responsible for delivering engaging and informative tours to a wide range of audiences, including general visitors and private groups such as schools, local clubs, and corporate events. The role also involves contributing to the day-to-day upkeep of the museum environment and working collaboratively with the wider team to enhance and develop both the stadium tour and museum experience. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Deliver stadium tours for groups of up to 25 people, providing an authentic experience of Nottingham Forest and the club’s rich history. Develop ideas that will continuously improve the service and product that we are able to deliver.
