Job Description: The Transition Lead / HR Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end migration of HR processes from local entities in Europe to the Global Business Services (GBS) / Shared Service Center (SSC) structure. Post-transition, the role shifts toward operational excellence, ensuring stabilized delivery, team management, and continuous improvement of HR services across the employee lifecycle, while actively shaping a high-performance culture within the Katowice SSC.
