Respiratory Care Practitioner and Senior Respiratory Care Practitioner — Respiratory Therapy Unit — Kadlec Regional Medical Center Richland, WA Kadlec is offering a $20,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment. This is a combined posting for a Respiratory Care Practitioners and Senior Respiratory Care Practitioners. The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title. Under the direction of the leadership of Respiratory Therapy services, the Respiratory Therapist is responsible to see that all treatments/procedures are carried out according to the provider orders. Respiratory therapy operates within all areas of the medical center and assignments will be made based on skills and abilities. Care is provided in areas of the medical center, including but not limited to NICU, Adult ICU, Emergency Department, Birth Center and general medicine.
