The Role We are currently looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join the team on a Part-Time basis working, 62.5 hours a fortnight at Lefroy care Centre Bull Creek. Key responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive reviews of residents through appropriate assessments - Contribute to the allocation of workload for care staff - Support residents with care requirements in line with scope of practice - Monitor and assist in administering medications - Provide oversight and leadership to care staff - Supervise and mentor care staff on shifts and provide support - Complete ACFI documentation, assessments, care plan reviews, evaluations & Riskman reporting Week 1: Monday: 07:00-15:15 Tuesday: 07:00-15:15: Wednesday: 07:00-15:15: Friday: 22:00-07:15: Week 2: Tuesday: 07:00-15:15 Wednesday: 07:00-15:15: Thursday: 07:00-15:15: Friday: 22:00-07:15: Please note you will have to be able to commit to all rostered shifts in order to progress with this role.
