Job Description: Job Summary This is a senior level customer-facing role to make significant impact in a mature yet dynamic high-tech company with cutting-edge AI enablement technologies. The key responsibilities are to take ownership of US Key Customer Accounts and work seamlessly with related Engineering, Manufacturing, Business as well as FA / Reliability teams to ensure timely response and closure of Quality requests, such as pre-sales supports, field returns/FA/8D cases.
