Cargo Supervisor

Job description

The Sr. Supervisor, Cargo oversees all air cargo activities to ensure safe, secure, compliant, and efficient handling of freight. This role manages cargo terminal operations, warehouse functions, airside coordination, regulatory compliance, and staff performance while maintaining strong relationships with airlines, freight forwarders, customs officials, and ground handling partners. QUALIFICATIONS: - EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - High school diploma or GED required; aviation-related education preferred. - 2 years of cargo, logistics, or airport operations experience. - 2 years of supervisory or management experience. - Knowledge of cargo handling systems and warehouse management systems (WMS). - Familiarity with international shipping documentation and customs processes.
