Job Summary We’re looking for a high-ownership property manager for a diverse portfolio in Pittsburgh. You’ll be managing 300+ units across several apartment communities, ranging from <20 units to 100+. Neighborhoods include North Side, Penn Hills, New Kensington, and Moon; the communities span Class A, B, and C. You’ll be the strategic lead for a dedicated leasing agent and maintenance team, ensuring that every resident receives a consistent, quality experience. The salary range for this position is $65,000-$70,000 with the opportunity to grow with Birgo as we improve lives through real estate.
