Flintwood Disability Services is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the delivery of high quality supported accommodation services. This role requires a confident and values-driven leader who can balance operational management with hands-on support. You will ensure personalised, person-centred support for Participants while leading and mentoring a team of support staff. You will work collaboratively with families, guardians, external service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure each Participant’s wellbeing, independence, and quality of life are upheld in line with Flintwood’s Mission, Vision and Core Values.
