Job Title : Palletizer I Location: Reports To : Processing Supervisor Compensation: Job Summary The Palletizer plays a vital role in our operations by ensuring that egg cartons are efficiently packed into boxes or pallets, adhering to customer specifications for safe transportation. This position is key to maintaining high standards of order and quality in the packaging and distribution process, directly supporting the organization's goals. Working under general supervision, your performance will be evaluated through inspections and the results of your work, contributing to the overall success of our packaging operations. Essential Job Functions: - Ensure pallets are in good condition before use. - Properly stack cases and place them on skids. - Stack boxes onto pallets efficiently and safely. - Pull boxes off conveyor belts at a fast pace. - Confirm all cases are labeled correctly; attach labels if missing. - Correctly label boxes and pallets. - Stack cases straight and keep orders organized. - Place damaged cases in designated area for rework. - Comply with USDA regulations and safety programs. - Document pallet completion according to the production plan. - Wrap pallets per cust...
