Job Description: The Senior Compensation Analyst, North America is responsible for providing advanced analysis and administration of the compensation programs that support SGS North America compensation strategy. The role ensures compliance, external competitiveness and internal equity of compensation programs in Canada and the United States. - Ensures all compensation programs align with legal requirements: FLSA, pay equity laws, transparency regulations, minimum wage. Supports pay equity and pay transparency reporting in Canada. - Leads annual merit cycle.
