As a Director, Global Recruiting Technology, you will lead the strategy, deployment, and evolution of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and the broader recruiting technology ecosystem. You will also help to advance how recruiting technology enables better hiring outcomes, improved experiences, and scalable global growth. On the Technology and Innovation team reporting to the VP, HR Technology and Innovation, you will support projects including partnering closely with Recruiting COE leaders to ensure recruiting technology is not only stable and compliant, but continuously evolving, leveraging innovation, new capabilities, and external partnerships to meet the future needs of the business.
