The General Services Regional Operations Sr. Manager is a senior-level professional responsible for leading compliance and audit operations, in coordination with the Corporate Services function. The overall objective is to analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and propose strategies to efficiently implement projects. This role has full leadership responsibilities. Responsibilities: Qualifications: Education: - Manage compliance and audit issues for office, including Risk & Controlled Self-Assessment, (RCSA) monthly process - Partner with all levels of the organization, local and national, to get buy in and/ or implementation - Manage CACS and Autopro changes monthly changes to individual employees caused by team, or job changes - Manage the Move, Add, or Change (MAC) process and work with different levels of the business to ensure this process is handled on time and accurately - Produce and maintain daily reports for the business - Conduct resource planning, budgeting and policy formulation as required - Conduct people management tasks including performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations and may include budget approval -...
