Job Summary: Leads the safe and efficient operations of the Border States fleet including driver performance and coaching, truck routing and dispatch, timely and safe delivery of customer material, preventative and corrective maintenance of fleet assets and material handling equipment and ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations.
