Job description

The primary responsibility of the bartender is to provide prompt, courteous service to all restaurant patrons. The bartender is responsible for providing excellent service to all guests who approach the bar, prepare and pour drinks, and keep the bar area cleaned and always stocked. The bartender is responsible for maintaining a genuine, cheerful demeanor while always representing the Martha Stewart brand positively. Arrive at work on time, fully dressed, clean, and prepared with all of the proper work cards, credentials and uniform. Prepare the bar for daily service and alert management of any maintenance issues or missing product. Perform all opening, closing and side duties required of the bartender. Passionately inform guests about Martha Stewart, her history, and current business endeavors Greet guests using the 10’/5’ rule and engage guests in cheerful, genuine conversation.
