Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the GTO-CPF Facility Service Management team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a permanent basis, commencing at the earliest possible date as a Facility Management Operations Services Specialist . You can look forward to: Coordinating and managing our external service providers in infrastructural and technical facility operations (e.g. janitorial services, cleaning, reception services) Working with our CAFM system Planon and handling ticket creation, order processing, documentation and reporting Supporting space and relocation management, planning moves, assigning workstations and optimising our use of space Taking responsibility for access management by issuing and maintaining access cards, assigning authorisations and setting up locker systems Supporting our internal service hotline and organising services for events at our site You come equipped with: Completed technical and/or commercial vocational training or a completed degree in Facility Management, Building Management, Building Services Engineering or a comparable qualification Initial practical experience in facility management, building ma...
