POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate General Counsel will join the legal team and will report directly to the Senior Associate General Counsel. You will serve as a key member of the transactional legal team, working alongside the Senior Associate General Counsels on real estate transactions, commercial contracts, and portfolio management across the Company's retail, manufacturing, and hospitality operations. The position will require hands-on legal counseling on a broad range of commercial and real estate matters while supporting broader corporate legal initiatives. This position will be based in Springfield, Missouri. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide proactive, practical, and timely day-to-day advice to internal business partners across Bass Pro's retail, manufacturing (White River Marine Group), and hospitality (Big Cedar Lodge, Big Cypress) operations on a wide variety of transactional and commercial legal issues. - Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate transactions, including leases, acquisitions, dispositions, development and redevelopment agreements, renewals, amendments, subleases, and easements. - Draft, review, and negotiate general commercial contracts,...
