About the role At our headquarters in Munich, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team and support the execution of international trade fairs, conferences, and events. With your hands-on mindset and passion for logistics and coordination, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality event experiences worldwide. You will be part of a dedicated team managing approx. 40 events per year globally, ensuring that all technical equipment, booth infrastructure, and robot demonstrations are prepared, transported, and executed smoothly. Your Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate logistics for international events and trade fairs - Organize transportation of robot systems, booth infrastructure, and marketing materials - Prepare and manage packing lists (100–200 items), including serial numbers and country of origin - Coordinate shipments, customs processes, and temporary imports (e.g. ATA carnets, labeling), together with the Logistics Manager - Act as main contact for local logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs agents together with the Logistics Manager - Support on-site setup and dismantling (approx. 1- 3 days setup, event duration, 1–2 days dismantli...
