Status: Full-Time Pay: $20.61/hour About the Role Copa Health is hiring a Lead Behavioral Health Technician (Lead BHT) to guide day-to-day operations in one of our community and housing-based behavioral health programs. This is a working lead role — you’ll provide direct support to members while also serving as the go-to leader for BHT staff in the home.If you’re an experienced Behavioral Health Technician who’s ready to step into leadership, mentor others, and help drive quality care and strong team performance, this role is for you.
