Job description
As a Senior Employee Relations Manager, you will work alongside Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP), Heads of HR, and senior managers to create inclusive employee relations strategies that align with business objectives and the broader HR Strategy. You will provide specialist advice and guidance to colleagues on topics related to both Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR), ensuring compliance with legal standards and best practices in these areas. Collaborate with trade unions, HRBPs, senior management, and other internal and external stakeholders to facilitate positive change, promote best practices, and champion fair and consistent treatment by incorporating employee perspectives during organisational changes and policy reviews. Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion when managing sensitive information, demonstrating sound judgement and ethical decision-making in all ER/IR matters, and ensuring outcomes align with both organisational objectives and legal requirements.
