Regional Program Manager, Data Center, Front-End-Planning

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program management. - 5 years of experience managing multi-group, multi-disciplinary construction projects. - 2 years of experience with electrical and mechanical systems. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management or related technical fields. - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - 5 years of experience with data center campus planning and utility projects. - Experience working with local utilities to understand existing infrastructure limitations and future capacity upgrades. - Experience working with an on-site construction management team, kicking off and handing over project for start of construction. - Strong demonstrated skills in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling and achieving objectives on schedule within budget.
