Job description

Main Purpose: We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with Finance expertise to join our Back Office IT team, focusing on Finance and HR systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering strategic projects that enhance our enterprise systems and support business operations. In this role, you will lead sophisticated and multifaceted IT projects, being responsible from start to finish for their successful execution. Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Leading and overseeing system projects with a focus on Finance and Human Resources areas. - Proactively managing project risks and issues. - Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. - Providing guidance to internal clients on project challenges. - Leading international project teams. - Project planning, controlling, and reporting. - Planning resource allocation for different project phases. - Ensuring effective information flow and that solutions developed meet our high quality standards. - Identifying and fully documenting processes used to resolve recurring issues.
