Purpose: Evaluate and provide training to residents in daily living and social skills in order to assist them in achieving and maintaining their maximum level of functioning and independent community living. Essential Responsibilities , include but are not limited to: Evaluate and provide training to residents in daily living skills including, but not limited to: personal hygiene and grooming (which may involve physically assisting individuals to complete the tasks), housekeeping, laundry and clothing care, meal planning and preparation, money management and budgeting, socialization, and recreation leisure activities.
