What You Will Do: As an intern, you will support the day-to-day administrative operations of our clinic, working closely with staff and patients. Key responsibilities include: Conducting proactive outreach to patients for preventive care and appointment scheduling. Reviewing and managing medical records using Epic EHR and insurance portals. Delivering outstanding front desk service during patient check-in and check-out. Accurately entering and updating patient information, verifying insurance, and processing payments. Assisting with registration forms and obtaining required documentation. Facilitating communication between patients, providers, and staff.
