The Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Visualisation, leads a multidisciplinary BI and visualisation team delivering quality, enterprise solutions that turns customer and mobility data into meaningful insights on how people move across the transport network. The role sets and drives the strategic direction for BI and visualisation capabilities, ensuring alignment with organisational data strategy, strong governance, and scalable self-service analytics. You will oversee the prioritisation, delivery and adoption of BI initiatives, enhancing user experience and enabling data-driven decisions to maximise the value of transport data assets.
