Job Purpose: Technical Lead, AAM Development will be responsible for providing technical leadership across the various activities with a focus on implementation of 3D woven and/or braided composites in AAM applications. This multi-faceted role will assist technical, team and production facilities with following and identifying best practices in design, analysis, fabrication and testing phases; working with business development and program managers to align proposals with R&T core competencies; and collecting and prioritizing technical needs for further development as IR&T initiatives. The person in this role is expected to improve technical competencies within the team by functioning as an individual contributor.
